MedTech Bulgaria aims to represent the common interests of the industry of manufacturers and suppliers of medical technologies in Bulgaria.
Our services also include corporate training, sales research, seminars and tendering services.
By becoming a member of MedTech Bulgaria, you gain access to the resources of the Medical Technology Industry Association in Europe – MedTech Europe. The management of MedTech Bulgaria is always at your disposal for further discussions.
Membership Type
Full Members
Full members of MedTech Bulgaria may be local or foreign legal entities and individuals who share the objectives of the association and the means of achieving them, comply with the Articles of Association and the Code of Ethics, and meet the highest professional standards of the industry.
Full membership is available only to those who have previously held associate membership. Founding members are full members by right.
Membership Type
Associate Members
Associate members may be local or foreign legal entities and individuals who share the objectives of the association, comply with the Articles of Association and the Code of Ethics, and meet the highest professional standards of the industry.
Associate members may attend General Assembly meetings and participate in working groups and discussions, without the right to vote or to be elected to the governing bodies.
How to Apply
Procedure for admission of new members
Application
Candidate members submit a written Application to the Board of Directors, confirming their familiarity with the Articles of Association and the regulatory documents.
Documents
The application must be accompanied by a resolution of the governing body of the applicant organisation and a power of attorney for the authorised representative.
Review
The Board of Directors accepts the application and submits it for approval at the first General Assembly following its receipt.
Decision
The General Assembly takes a decision by simple majority. The candidate is notified in writing within 7 days.
