Convening of the board of directors
The Management Board consists of the President of the Association and five members.
The Management Board holds a regular session at least once a quarter.
The meetings of the Management Board are convened and chaired by the Chairman.
Represents the Association, as well as determines the scope of the representative power of individual members
Organizes compliance with the Statute and decisions of the General Assembly
The property of the Association is disposed of in compliance with the requirements of the Statute
Manages the finances of the Association
Prepares the draft annual budget of the Association and reports to the General Assembly on the implementation of the budget
