Convening of the board of directors
- The Management Board consists of the President of the Association and five members.
- The Management Board holds a regular session at least once a quarter.
- The meetings of the Management Board are convened and chaired by the Chairman.
- Represents the Association, as well as determines the scope of the representative power of individual members
- Organizes compliance with the Statute and decisions of the General Assembly
- The property of the Association is disposed of in compliance with the requirements of the Statute
- Manages the finances of the Association
- Prepares the draft annual budget of the Association and reports to the General Assembly on the implementation of the budget
